Why we built it
Your wearable captures everything. It just doesn't tell you what to do with it.
Endurance athletes were spending hundreds on watches and gadgets that tracked everything — heart rate, sweat loss, training load — and still hitting the wall on race day because nobody told them what to eat and drink.
Garmin, Apple Watch, Strava — the data has always been there. What was missing was the layer that turns that data into a personalised fueling plan timed to your actual effort. That's what we built.
